Through scientific research and testwork of sensor based technology with artificial intelligence, superconducting magnetic separation technology, electromagnetic and permanent magnetic separation and recycling application technology, the laboratory is committed to providing scientific guidance and application demonstration, and training of key talents for the development of the global mineral processing and sorting industry. 
  • The test center is equipped with material testing area, crushing and grinding area, superconducting magnetic separation area, sensor based sorting area, dry magnetic separation test area, wet magnetic separation test area, flotation and gravity separation area, semi-industrial continuous separation test complete line and powder complete processing test line etc., with complete processing equipment, testing and analysis instruments, and product test conditions. 
  • The center orients to the fields of magnetic industry and military-civilian integration equipment technology, and focuses on the research on mineral processing application technology equipment such as superconducting magnetic separation, high gradient magnetic separation and sensor based sorting, providing testwork research on various ferrous, non-ferrous metals, precious metals and non-metallic ores for the mines and research institutes, including magnetite, hematite, limonite, manganese ore, chrome ore, ilmenite, copper ore, lead ore, zinc ore, tungsten ore, molybdenum ore, cobalt ore, nickel ore, antimony ore, rare earth, spodumene, tantalum and niobium ore, gold ore, silver ore, platinum palladium ore and other metal ores, and the purification of non-metallic ores such as potassium and sodium feldspar, quartz, kaolin, lepidolite, fluorite, graphite, and the comprehensive utilization of secondary resources of various industrial tailings, slags, and industrial metal wastes, etc., providing feasibility guidance and suggestions for the construction of mineral processing plants.
